4. Booking Rules

• One free booking per calendar month
• Bookings are subject to cinema availability
• You must present your QR code at the cinema
• Photo verification may be required at checkout
• Misuse of the service may result in account suspension

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Share or sell your account access
• Attempt to circumvent booking limits
• Upload inappropriate or false photos
• Interfere with the service operation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by the Association of Art House Cinemas or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to booking errors or service unavailability.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
