After logging in, select a cinema and screening time from the repertoire. Click "Generate QR code" to create your booking. The QR code will be sent to your email and available in your profile.

Yes, uploading a profile photo is required for identity verification at the cinema checkout. Make sure your face is clearly visible in the photo.

Photos are verified by cinema staff. Once uploaded, you cannot change it until it's been reviewed. If rejected, you can upload a new one.

You can book one free screening per calendar month. The limit resets on the first day of each month.

Bookings cannot be cancelled directly through the app. Please contact the cinema directly if you need to cancel.

You can find your QR code in your profile under the booking history, or check your email for the QR code that was sent when you made the booking.
